Eastern's
Faculty Senate policy states that all full-time non-tenured faculty members
shall have Individual Development and Educational Assessment (IDEA)
or alternate-system questionnaires administered in at least two classes
each semester (Fall/Spring) and all full-time tenured faculty members
shall use the questionnaires in at least one class each semester (Fall/Spring).
University policy also requires that all part-time faculty be included
in this process.
The IDEA
system is administered nationally by the Individual
Development and Educational Assessment Center, in the Division
of Continuing Education at Kansas State University. This system is used
by approximately 90 percent of all academic departments on campus and
is administered at Eastern by the Office of Institutional Research.

will be distributed the week of August 4-8th.
